mk33 Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the mk33 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). mk33 is operated for the Bangladesh market and these Terms apply to all users who access the Platform from Bangladesh.

By registering an account, logging in, or placing a bet on mk33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. mk33 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

2. Player Eligibility

Access to the mk33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. mk33 reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time, and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must register as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and registrations on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or one whose account has been previously suspended or permanently closed by mk33 for a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be acting under duress or as a result of addiction that impairs your judgment. If gambling is causing you financial or emotional harm, please contact our support team before continuing to play.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one mk33 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

Your Responsibilities as Account Holder

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your password with any third party.
• You must notify mk33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, discover a transaction you did not initiate, or believe your login credentials have been compromised.
• All bets and transactions placed from your account are your responsibility, whether or not they were authorised by you, unless you have reported a security breach to mk33 prior to those transactions occurring.
• mk33 reserves the right to suspend an account and request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point where suspicious activity is detected.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method provided that KYC verification is complete and there are no open bonus wagering obligations. Self-exclusion requests will be processed immediately and the account will be blocked from re-registration for the duration chosen by the player.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on mk33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mk33 does not charge currency conversion fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit, however, mk33 may apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded, less any applicable transaction fees.
• mk33 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification if the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily established.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless an alternative has been approved by mk33 support.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly.
• mk33 may request KYC verification documents before processing a withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within 7 days of the request will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's account balance.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is only permitted once the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

mk33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Each bonus promotion specifies its own wagering requirement (rollover). Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met. For example, a 10x rollover on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. A player who has previously held an mk33 account under any identity is not eligible for the new player welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are held separately until the wagering requirement is met. If the account balance reaches ৳0 before the wagering requirement is complete, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game only and expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Any winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion.
• mk33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions via email where possible.

Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day — are offered at mk33's sole discretion and carry their own specific terms published alongside each promotion.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on mk33 are subject to the rules of the relevant sport, game, or betting market as described within the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that bet type.

Cricket Betting

• All cricket bets are subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. the ICC, BCB, BCCI). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or decided by DLS method, settlement rules for each market are as stated on the bet slip.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the moment of placement. mk33 reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined, even if the odds were still visible on the Platform due to a delay.
• mk33 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet or betting market at its sole discretion, including for accounts identified as professional or high-volume bettors.
• Bets cannot be cancelled, altered, or withdrawn once confirmed. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.

Casino and Slots

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or live dealer feeds from licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by the provider's system and are final.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is as published by the game provider. mk33 does not alter RTP values. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, mk33 will use the game provider's server logs to determine the outcome. If a round cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

7. Responsible Gaming

mk33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All players must be at least 21 years old. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account remains open but no bets or deposits can be placed.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling entirely may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum period chosen and the account cannot be reopened during that period.
• Reality checks: Players may enable session duration reminders that appear at regular intervals (e.g. every 30 or 60 minutes) to help maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mk33 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks initiated in bad faith, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical means.
• Collusion with other players or with mk33 staff members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Arbitrage betting or the systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting using multiple accounts, and the use of automated betting software or bots.
• Money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to transfer or conceal the origin of funds.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification, including the use of another person's identity documents.

mk33 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals suspended pending review. If an investigation concludes that prohibited conduct occurred, all winnings and balances associated with that conduct will be permanently forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mk33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. mk33's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

mk33 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime may occur, and mk33 will use reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of planned maintenance windows. mk33 is not liable for losses arising from downtime or technical failures outside its reasonable control.

10. Amendments to These Terms

mk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mk33 will provide reasonable notice by email to registered players and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will state the effective date of the revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
